THE STORY

About Jane Randall

My coaching journey began in the equestrian world, where I have spent many years competing internationally and coaching riders as a British Dressage Level 4 Coach. Alongside this, my MSc in Sports and Performance Coaching deepened my understanding of what helps people perform at their best, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I realised that the challenges I was helping riders overcome, pressure, anxiety, overthinking, confidence and focus, were the very same challenges faced by people in everyday life. This led me to functional breathing and the profound impact it can have on performance, wellbeing and resilience.

Through Signature Breath, I now combine my coaching experience with evidence-based breathing techniques to help busy professionals, athletes, nervous flyers, equestrians and anyone who struggles with confidence, anxiety and unable to switch off.  My approach is practical, supportive and grounded in science, giving people tools to regulate their nervous system, improve sleep, build confidence and stay calm under pressure.  Whether in sport, work or daily life, my goal is to help people unlock their potential and become the best version of themselves.

Rider Registration Form

For the equestrians a Rider Registration form is required before your first lesson with me and if we have been working together for a while then please update it for 2025.  This is required for insurance purposes and so that I keep up to date with the information that I need to know about you and your horse.
